Return Policy
Any products purchased can be returned for a store credit, (which never expires) or an exchange, within 14 days of delivery, unless marked "FINAL SALE".
RGS only provides store credits.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide Refunds, but our store credit has no expiration date.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been confirmed as delivered to request a return.

Can I return my order within 14 days?
Yes! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that opened, damaged, or sale items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start your return, contact our support team. The store credit will be issued once the retuned items are cleared for restocking.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options are available.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our main fulfillment center. Shipping fees vary based on your delivery address and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $75 and international orders over $100.
Note: International shipping times may vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Control Kit™ Return Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your Restore Skin Care Control Kit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A non-refundable $20 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
🔸 Control Kits purchased with a discount code or during a promotion are eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund.
To be eligible for return, the following must be included:
- The complete Control Kit™
- All original tools and components
- The Restore Skin Care storage box
- Any included samples or inserts
- Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Missing or used components may affect your eligibility for a refund.

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Overnight orders placed before 11:00 AM PST (Mon–Fri) will be prioritized for same-day processing.
🚛 Shipping & Tracking
Free shipping is available on orders of $150 USD or more (applies to non-member and non-subscription purchases only).
Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped based on the method selected at checkout.
A tracking number will be provided via email or your account dashboard. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
🌍 International & Canada Orders
Canadian orders include an estimated 10% charge for duties and taxes at checkout.
To help offset this cost, CAD prices have been reduced by 12%, in addition to any other discounts.

Orders cannot be edited or modified once submitted.
If you experience a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear images or video evidence.
We conduct strict quality control before packaging. If an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve it.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including those marked as delivered or with “Signature Release” on file.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it; however, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control.

Why is your return policy so strict for skincare products
Our return policy is clearly outlined and is designed with transparency and fairness. The reason it may seem strict is because skincare is highly personal—what works beautifully for one person may not work the same for another, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors.
Our products are made with high-quality, active ingredients that are designed to deliver visible results when used consistently and correctly. We always recommend that customers:

- Understand the product’s usage guide
- Patch test on a small area of skin before full use
Because skincare products interact directly with the skin and cannot be resold or repackaged once opened, we cannot accept used or opened items for return unless there is a clear defect.
🌿 What if I have a reaction or allergy?
We take allergic reactions seriously. Our formulations are made without harmful ingredients like parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances that commonly cause issues. However, every person’s skin is unique, and reactions are always a possibility.
That’s why we encourage customers to purchase at full price if they’re testing the product for the first time, and do a patch test before applying it to the full face.
📦 Can I still try the product without risk?
Yes, we offer a Trial Option through our Starter Kit. This allows you to experience the product and its texture, feel, and early-stage performance. If you are uncertain or sensitive, we recommend starting with this kit.
While we do not allow full refunds for opened items, we may allow exchanges or store credit in specific cases where the product was never used or damaged in shipping.
