What is your return policy?

Any products purchased can be returned for a store credit, (which never expires) or an exchange, within 14 days of delivery, unless marked "FINAL SALE". 

RGS only provides store credits.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide Refunds, but our store credit has no expiration date.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been confirmed as delivered to request a return.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All shipments are mailed on Thursdays.

  • We ship once a week. All orders submitted by Monday at 11:59pm pacific time will be shipped out the same week on Thursday
  • Please understand that if your order is placed any time after 11:59pm PST on Monday, the shipment will go out the FOLLOWING Thursday of the following week.

The delivery timeline of USPS is from 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from fulfillment date.

Tracking number will be emailed by 6pm PST Thursday.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the USA at this time. But please feel free to sign up to our mailing list, and we will let you know as soon as shipping outside the USA becomes available.

Can I return a product if I’ve opened it?

Unfortunately, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We only accept returns on unopened, unused, sealed items within 14 days of delivery.

How should I store my skincare products?

To maintain product quality, store your skincare items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlightand humidity. Always ensure caps and lids are tightly closed after use to prevent contamination and extend shelf life.

Do Restore Glow Skincare products expire?

Yes. All products have a shelf life of 3 years from the shipping date.
